And more amazingly
It's CAACC as visible on Google maps :D I even messed around with Googlemaps and zoomed out and out and surprise surprise , we are so freaking small. And yet God loved this small white building so much that God sent his only Son to die for every person in that church and every person in Isaacs and every person in Canberra and every person in the world. Not just the good people or the nice people, but the sinners. They people who turned their back on their true Creator and Father. God loved the world so much that even though the world turned their back on Him, God did not turn His back on the world.
How amazing is that? I'll tell you how amazing. It's so amazing that people all around the world regularly give their lives for the Gospel and are so willing to die for Jesus in order to His message of Salvation and Love to be known all around the world.
It's my firm belief that you cannot be Christian and not want tell people about the Gospel. There is not way you could believe that you were created by a loving God who loved you so much that he tore a part of him and sent it to earth to die a horrible death to be only risen from the grave to bring hope to all the world, and you are content with the world worships all sorts of false gods and idols . Content with the fact that millions of people who don't know Christ are going to hell. Yes I said it. But how could you truly love God and be happy with the fact there are still millions if not billions of people who are blind to the light? Jesus loved them and died for them. Will you not aleast love them?
Jesus told Peter at the end of John to feed his sheep. Not once or twice but three times. The same number Peter denied he had anything to do with Jesus. The same number that Peter turned his back on the one that would ultimately die for him. How privileged was Peter to be called an Apostle? How priviledged was Peter to have the perfect son of God die for him? Likewise how priviledged are we that God demostrated his own love for us that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us?
Hence how can we be content by "leaving good examples"? How can we be content with "being patient and proclaiming God's glory in our lives"? Imagine if we are all drowning in the sea. Some of us saved by grace but there are still many poor souls who have nothing to cling on to. What can we do to save them? Should we just wave to them and you know. Lead good examples on our awesome clinging on the gospel survial technique? NO. Not only that does do nothing, it is jsut plain selfish.
What runs through our head? We want to be tolerant. We don't want to lose our relationship. We don't want to seem like a bible basher. THey have another path to salvation
No it is not tolerant. It is sending people to hell.
No their salvation is more important that your earthly relationship.
No we are not bible bashers. We are not even listening to what the bible tells us to do.
No there is no other path to salvation. Only Jesus and Jesus alone can save.
"Feed my lambs Peter." Jesus said.
"Feed my sheep Peter" Jesus said the second time.
"Feed and love my sheep. Go out and rescue my lambs. Do not rest until every ear and soul knows that I love them and I loved them so much that I had my hands nailed to the cross. I loved them so much that I had every sin on earth placed on me. I loved them so much that I died for them." Jesus said to his church.
That's it for my reflection ^^
